1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the opeso online gaming platform, including the website located at opeso.cam and any associated mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and opeso ("We", "Us", "Our", "Company").

By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or procedures that may be published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the Platform and must immediately discontinue all access.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and contributors of content. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account and use the opeso Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or termination. Any individual who creates an account while under the age of 21 is in breach of these Terms and Philippine law. In such cases, opeso reserves the right to void all transactions, confiscate winnings, and close the account without notice or compensation.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

The opeso Platform is intended exclusively for users physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing our services. You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any applicable local jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations. If online gaming is prohibited in your location, you must not access or use the Platform.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To participate in real-money gaming on the opeso Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by our registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes to ensure accuracy at all times.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the opeso Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or successively, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we discover that a User maintains multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all transactions across all accounts, confiscate any winnings obtained through multiple accounts, and pursue any other remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.

2.5 Identity Verification

opeso operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID, or postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within thirty (30) days may result in account restrictions including suspension of deposits, withdrawals, and gaming privileges.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify opeso of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. opeso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

3.2 Account Access and Usage

Your opeso account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person or entity. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances. You agree to use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any commercial use of the Platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from opeso.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain accuracy. Providing false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

opeso accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer from major Philippine banks (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Security Bank), and other payment methods as may be offered from time to time. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly, subject to third-party payment processor availability. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in your opeso account balance. opeso does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page of the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

You may request withdrawal of funds from your opeso account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully verified with all required KYC documents approved; any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be completed; and the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold specified on the Platform. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. opeso aims to process withdrawal requests within three to five (3-5) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and up to forty-eight (48) hours for bank transfers, subject to verification and security checks.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level, gaming history, and payment method selected. opeso reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal requests. We do not charge fees for withdrawals to e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya); however, bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to processing fees as displayed on the withdrawal page.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, opeso reserves the right to conduct due diligence on any transaction deemed suspicious. This includes but is not limited to: deposits immediately followed by withdrawal requests with minimal or no gaming activity, patterns suggesting chip dumping or collusion, and transactions inconsistent with your normal account behavior. We may delay or refuse withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity and may report such activity to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

opeso offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms") which will be clearly stated in the promotional material. It is your responsibility to read and understand the Bonus Terms before accepting any bonus. By accepting a bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable Bonus Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds and any associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Different games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the Bonus Terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

opeso reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting on both red and black in roulette), colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, and any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. Our decision regarding bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Promotional Changes and Cancellation

opeso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event a promotion is cancelled, opeso will honor bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the original Bonus Terms.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Gaming Policy

opeso is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment. All games offered on our Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are conducted by live dealers in real-time. The outcomes of all games are determined by chance and cannot be influenced by opeso or any third party. We do not guarantee that you will win, and you acknowledge that gaming inherently involves the risk of financial loss.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game available on the opeso Platform has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and special features. 6.3 Malfunctions and Errors

If an error results in an incorrect credit to your account, you agree to immediately notify opeso and refrain from using those funds. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the opeso Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit car ds, stolen identity, or any other fraudulent means to fund your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that could be construed as money laundering under Philippine or international law.
• Collusion and Chip Dumping: Colluding with other players, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or transfer funds between accounts.
• Use of Bots and Automated Software: Using bots, automated playing software, artificial intelligence programs, or any other technology designed to assist with gameplay or give you an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting System Vulnerabilities: Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for personal gain.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Underage Gaming: Allowing persons under 21 years of age to access or use your account.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes through your financial institution for legitimate transactions, which constitutes fraud.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership of Content

All content on the opeso Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of opeso or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The opeso name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of opeso or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, opeso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to: download or copy Content except as necessary for proper platform functionality; modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content; use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.

8.3 User-Generated Content

Any communications, feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information you submit to opeso through the Platform or otherwise ("User Submissions") become the sole property of opeso. By submitting User Submissions, you grant opeso a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that your User Submissions do not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The opeso Platform and all Content, games, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. opeso does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, opeso, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; any content obtained from the Platform; or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not opeso has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall opeso's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to opeso in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000), whichever is greater.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting opeso customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining account balance, subject to completion of all wagering requirements and verification procedures. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to the Platform or any account information.

10.2 Termination or Suspension by opeso

opeso reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; providing false or misleading information; fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; or suspected problem gambling behavior where we believe continued access may cause harm. Upon termination by opeso, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, opeso reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Complaints

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the Platform or our services, you should first contact opeso customer support at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within a reasonable timeframe. For your protection, please include your account username and a detailed description of the issue in all communications.

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11.3 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support, opeso may, at its sole discretion, require binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Amendments to Terms

opeso reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

13.2 Waiver

No waiver by opeso of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by opeso to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or rules posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and opeso regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights granted hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without opeso's prior written consent. opeso may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
